Requirements for Arriving Passengers
On August 3, 2020, international flights have been resumed at Kurumoch Airport. The resumption of international flights is accompanied by strict implementation of Resolution of the Chief State Sanitary Doctor of the Russian Federation No. 22 dated July 27, 2020 On Amendments to Resolution of the Chief State Sanitary Doctor of the Russian Federation No. 7 dated March 18, 2020 and No. 9 dated September 18, 2020.
All Russian citizens arriving from foreign countries are required to:
- fill out a dedicated form on the Public Services portal when checking in for a flight;
- fill out the questionnaire on board the aircraft in Russian;
- upload the results of testing for coronavirus to the specified form within three calendar days.
All foreign citizens arriving to the Russian Federation shall provide information about the negative result of the PCR test for Covid-19 taken no earlier than three calendar days prior to arrival in the Russian Federation, as well as fill out a questionnaire in English or Russian on board the aircraft.
According to the resolution of the carrier airline, passengers may be prohibited from boarding the aircraft without a medical document confirming a negative result of the PCR test for Covid-19.
The completed questionnaires of all arriving Russian and foreign citizens shall be submitted to the territorial body of the Federal Service for Surveillance on Consumer Rights Protection and Human Wellbeing at the place of further arrival within one day.
All persons having arrived to the Russian Federation shall be issued a notification on the implementation of Resolution of the Chief State Sanitary Doctor of the Russian Federation No. 7 dated March 18, 2020.
