The e-boarding pass contains the flyer’s initials and surname, flight number, date of departure, boarding end time, gate number and on-board seat number. If necessary, other information can also be included.
Pay special heed to confirmation of the e-boarding pass service by the airlines, which means you’d better make sure that your carrier provides this service. If a flyer travels with baggage, it is necessary to check it in at the airport’s registration counter.
You may still use a paper boarding pass if you so prefer. You can print it out at the check-in (registration) counter or at a self-service check-in kiosk.
