Kurumoch International Airport (part of Airports of RegionsHolding) has prepared a new menu for our passengers in the business lounge. A new range of buffet dishes is developed to meet the wishes of our passengers. Dishes served during the day are divided into two rations: breakfast is from 3.00 to 11.00 and lunch/dinner is from 11.00 to 3.00.
The lunch ration has been significantly changed. Gazpacho, cream soup from champignons and Tsarsky soup were added to the seasonal summer soup, like meat okroshka, and traditional solyanka. The main course section has been almost completely reviewed, and now our passengers can taste a codfish tournedos with béarnaise sauce, chicken stewed with almonds and prunes, Eltrusco chicken, beef with beans and Georgian beef, etc. Fried rice with vegetables and fusilli with pesto sauce are offered to the traditional side dishes. The breakfast menu includes baked pumpkin with orange confit and pancakes. These dishes have complemented popular porridge, sliced and casseroles. The choice of salads, sauces and desserts has been updated.
Self-service buffet is a free service for passengers in the business lounges of Samara airport. The superior comfort lounges are located on the third floor of Terminal 1, behind the pre-flight formalities area. These services are offered to the business class passengers, if provided by the airline’s conditions, to the economy class passengers for charge and to the holders of Priority Pass, Diners Club, and Lounge Key cards.
